Manufacturing delays, port congestion may delay products to our distribution centres

With the Autumn/Winter 2021 Catalogue season officially underway, we are continuing to experience manufacturing delays and product congestion at our regional shipping ports, resulting in delays in getting products to our customers.

In instances where we have announced and launched products without having the expected inventory in our distribution centres, we may not be able to meet our anticipated launch dates while we await products from overseas. In fact, it wasn’t until after these products were revealed during Scentsy Family Reunion or were in the printed seasonal catalogue that we learned of the manufacturing delays and port congestion.

Please check the product status list for shipping dates and more information.

As you know, Scentsy has a 10-business-day shipping policy, and orders may take the entire 10 days to ship from our distribution centers as we go into our biggest selling season of the year.
