After that date, you will not be able to purchase the PRODUCT with your reservation fee. Your reservation fee will expire, and you will forfeit that amount. The forfeit is meant to compensate Scentsy for its storage and administrative costs for unredeemed reservations. You agree that this is a reasonable approximation of Scentsy’s damages.
