Traditional water-based diffusers combine fragrance oil with water. The Solo takes a completely different approach.

You simply remove the ceramic shade and insert a Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge.

Each cartridge contains 15 ml of premium Scentsy fragrance oil together with its own nebuliser, specifically designed for that fragrance.

The Solo then disperses fragrance directly into the air without requiring water, wax or heat.

The supplied power cord is 1.5 metres long.
When the battery is running low, the indicator light flashes red. While charging, the indicator light slowly pulses.

Regular Scentsy Oils, essential oils and third-party fragrance oils must not be used in the Solo.

Each Fragrance Cartridge combines its fragrance oil with a nebuliser specifically developed for that oil.

Attempting to use another oil or refill a cartridge can cause problems including leaking, oil spitting and damage to surrounding surfaces. It can also void the product warranty.

So although the Solo is a diffuser, it is a completely different fragrance system from Scentsy’s traditional water-based oil diffusers.

No. Scentsy Fragrance Cartridges are not designed to be refilled or reused.

Once your fragrance is finished, replace the cartridge with a new Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge.

The advantage is convenience: there’s no need to clean out a fragrance reservoir before switching scents.

There’s very little maintenance involved.

Simply wipe the exterior of the Solo’s ceramic shade with a damp cloth.

The Fragrance Cartridges shouldn’t require regular cleaning. If oil builds up and causes a clog, the front disc can be gently cleaned using a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol.

Scentsy advises that the Fragrance Cartridge Diffuser performs safely when it is used as directed.

As with any fragrance product, keep the diffuser and cartridges out of reach of pets.
