How do Scentsy consultants earn the trip?
Consultants can earn incentive trip points from 8:01 am. BST 1 August 2023 to 7:59 am. GMT 1 February 2024. The deadline for orders to count toward your Personal Retail Volume (PRV) is 7:59 a.m. GMT 1 February 2024. Required sponsoring points will be finalised when commissions are run in February and are subject to change until that time.

Earning Points

All current Consultants worldwide are eligible to earn one incentive trip.

Consultants can earn incentive trip points from 8:01 a.m. BST 1 August 2023 to 7:59 a.m. GMT 1 February 2024. The deadline for orders to count toward your Personal Retail Volume (PRV) is 7:59 a.m. GMT 1 February 2024. Required sponsoring points will be finalised when commissions are run in February and are subject to change until that time.

Earn points toward your trip through sales, building your team, personal promotions, helping frontline Consultants promote, being paid at rank and more. Here’s how:

Monthly sales: For every point you earn in Personal Retail Volume (PRV), you will earn one point toward your incentive trip (one point in PRV = 1 incentive trip point).

Building your team: Consultants must be in your frontline for you to receive sponsoring points.

Calculating Points

No. Promotion points may only be achieved the first time a title is achieved.

Activity bonus points are awarded to Lead Consultants and higher every month following commission payments, based on the rank you achieved that month. For example, if you are a Director and get paid at SuperStar Consultant rank in August, you’ll receive 500 points.

No.

Points from activities in the sponsoring points section above will count toward required sponsoring points. All other actions completed will count toward your total points.

Yes. Any current Consultant may earn the incentive, as long as they achieve the title of Certified Consultant or higher at the time of the trip and have earned enough points to attend.

No. Consultants may not share or transfer points.

If you are unable to attend a trip you qualified for, you may select to receive the two-piece set of Scentsy luggage. No other compensation will be offered.

This option includes registration, travel and lodging for you and up to one guest, depending on level earned, plus a spending allowance and extra perks to make it a full-on incentive trip experience. The amount of the spending allowance will be determined for each event at the end of the qualification period.

If you are in the Top 50 but can’t attend, you may choose one of the two lower-level trips or you may select to receive the two-piece set of Scentsy luggage. No other compensation will be given.

Building your team

Yes. You’ll receive 250 sponsoring points for every Personally Enrolled Consultant (PEC), rolled-up Consultant* or reinstated Consultant in your frontline if they achieve Certified Consultant for the first time during the qualification period. You’ll also receive points for eligible Consultants who achieve Lead title for the first time.

^*Promotions must be achieved after a Consultant rolls up to your frontline in order for the points to count toward your trip qualification.

An automated trip tracker will be available in the Incentive section of your Workstation and will update your points daily. All points are subject to review and may change until commissions and audits are finalized each month and at the end of the qualification period. You can also download a printable tracker to have a visual reminder of your progress.

No. You will only get the points listed for the highest level earned.

You will receive 1,000 points for the first Consultant you enroll who promotes to Certified, 1,500 for the second Consultant you enroll who promotes to Certified and 2,000 points each for three or more Consultants you enroll who promote to Certified.

Points for the highest level achieved by 7:59 a.m. GMT 1 February 2024 will be awarded.

Earning Details

If you earn an incentive trip for one or more people, your vacation package will include:

Air transportation to and from the incentive trip destination.
Ground transportation to and from the destination (on designated dates only).
All meals (through a combination of spending allowance, credits or hosted events).
Shared accommodations for double occupancy per qualifying level, including fees and gratuities.
Scentsy-hosted parties and events.
Scentsy-hosted activities.

Maybe! Scentsy will allow buy-in guests, space permitting. These spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only earned guests or those bought in through Scentsy will be eligible to attend Scentsy activities.

Final costs for buy-in guests will be posted in the What to Expect Guide at the end of January 2024. We’ll do our best to keep the cost low to accommodate as many guests as possible.

For the 2024 incentive trip, your guest may be anyone who is at least 16 years old and not a Scentsy Consultant.

Guests attending this trip must be at least 16 years old and not a Scentsy Consultant. Children, other than nursing infants between 6 and 12 months old, are not allowed to attend.

Definitions

A Consultant who has at least 200 points in PRV in one month within the most recent 12-month period.

A Consultant is considered active if they have at least 200 PRV during the monthly commission period.

Promotion points are calculated based on rank, not title. For example, if you achieve the title of Director, you will keep that title, though your rank (the level at which you are paid each month) may change from month to month based on your activity. You’ll receive activity bonus points based on your rank each month of the incentive.
