CALCULATING POINTS
If my title changes back to Certified for any reason and I re-promote to Lead Consultant or above, will I receive promotion points?
No. Promotion points are only earned the first time a title is achieved.
How are monthly activity bonus points calculated?
Activity bonus points are related to being paid at rank. If your rank is equal to or higher than Lead, monthly paid-at-rank points will be rewarded at the rank you achieved that month:

Monthly activity bonus points are awarded to Lead Consultants and higher every month, following commission payments. For example, if you are a Director and get paid at SuperStar Consultant rank in August, you will receive 500 points.
To earn the consistency points, do the five out of six months have to be consecutive?
No. The five months do not need to be consecutive.
How do I earn required sponsoring points?
Points from activities in the sponsoring points section will count toward those required sponsoring points. All other requirements will count toward your total points.
Can a new Consultant earn the trip?
Yes. Any current Consultant may earn the incentive, as long as they achieve the title of Certified Consultant or higher at the time of the trip and have achieved enough points to attend.
Can points be transferred from one Consultant to another?
No. Consultants may not share or transfer points.
What are my options if I qualify for a 2020 Scentsy incentive trip and can’t attend?
You may choose your region’s Scentsy Family Reunion as your trip if you cannot attend. This option includes registration, airfare, hotel and
How are the top 150 determined?
The top 150 are determined by the highest points earned during the qualification period.
If there is a tie for the 150th spot, how will the earner be determined?
If there is a tie for the 150th spot for the top-tier trip, the Consultant with the most sponsoring points will earn the spot. If there is still a tie, then the Consultant with the most PRV will earn the spot.
Can I receive sponsoring points for Consultants who joined before the incentive trip qualification period started?
Yes. You’ll receive 250 sponsoring points for every Personally Enrolled Consultant, rolled-up Consultant, or reinstated Consultant in your frontline at the time they first achieve the title of Certified Consultant. In addition, you may receive points for eligible Consultants who achieve the title of Lead or Star Consultant for the first time.
How can I track my progress during the incentive trip qualification period?
An automated trip tracker will be available on the Incentive tab of your Workstation beginning in September 2019 and will update your points daily. All points are subject to review and may change until commissions and audits are finalized each month and at the end of the incentive trip qualification period. There is also a printable tracker available to download.
EARNING DETAILS
Can I combine my earning levels to earn a better incentive?
No. The levels do not build on each other. You will receive the award for the highest level you earn. You may, however, choose a level below what you earned.
What is covered in the all-expenses-paid trips?
If you earn an all-expenses-paid trip for one or two people, your vacation package will include:
- Air transportation to and from the incentive trip destination.
- Transportation to and from the cruise ship (on designated dates only).
- All meals (through a combination of travel allowance, credits or hosted events).
- Double occupancy cabin, including gratuities.
- Scentsy parties and events.
Can I buy in a guest if I don’t earn enough points to bring someone with me?

How much is the buy-in cost for a guest?
Final costs for buy-in guests will be posted in the What to Expect Guide at the end of February. We’ll do our best to keep the cost low to accommodate as many guests as possible.
Who can I bring as my guest?
Guests can be anyone 16 or older who is not a Scentsy Consultant.
Can I bring my children on the trip?
This is an adults-only trip, and children will not be allowed to participate; the only exception is nursing infants at least 6 month old but less than 12 months. All expenses incurred by bringing an infant are your responsibility.
Can I choose Scentsy Family Reunion as my trip?
Yes. You may choose your region’s Scentsy Family Reunion as your trip. Your award will include event registration, airfare, hotel and a spending allowance.

Current
A Consultant who has at least 200 points in PRV in one month during a consecutive four-month period.
Active
A Consultant is considered active if they have at least 200 Personal Retail Volume (PRV) during the monthly commission period.
Rank vs. Title
Activity bonus points are calculated based on rank, not title. For example, if you achieve the title of Director, you will keep that title, though your rank (the level at which you are paid each month) may change from month to month based on your orders. You’ll receive paid-at-rank points based on your rank each month of the incentive.
