Redemption for Monsters, Inc. second-chance presale runs from 7 June to 31 July

We’ll email redemption instructions to customers who placed preorders

Inventory for our Disney and Pixar’s Mike Wazowski and Sulley – Scentsy Buddies second-chance presale is ready, and customers can begin redeeming their product(s) on 7th June.

At that time, we’ll email everyone who placed a preorder with instructions on how to complete their purchase.  

All preorders must be redeemed by 7:59 a.m. BST 31 July, or you will lose your reservation fee(s)/deposit(s) and your ability to purchase the product(s) will no longer be guaranteed. If customers still have not completed their purchase by the beginning of July, we will start sending weekly reminders so they don’t miss out! 

If for some reason you do not receive an email, all customers will be able to log in to their account on our website here and complete their purchase during the redemption period.

When are the Scentsy Monsters Inc. Items available?

These Monsters, Inc., products will be available while supplies last, starting between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. GMT 9 November 2020.

Scentsy Club: Always Get My Bar

Starting 9 November 2020, Monsters Inc.: Monstropolis – Scentsy Bars can be added to Scentsy Club subscriptions within 30 days after launch, or as long as the fragrance is available beyond that date.

*Individual bars can be added to 3-packs or 6-packs of licensed Scentsy Bars.
