How do I earn the incentive?

Earn one of the levels below within the qualification period. Here’s what it takes:

Level 1

Qualifications

Sell 1,000 in PRV within the qualification period, and
Sponsor one new Consultant* during the qualification period who reaches Certified Consultant status through product sales by 7:59 a.m. BST 1 July 2021.

Rewards

Autumn/Winter 2021 New Season Sales Kit for Scent category products, plus
An exclusive warmer designed for the incentive, plus
500 points toward the Autumn/Winter incentive.

Level 2

Qualifications

Sell 2,500 in PRV within the qualification period, and
Sponsor two new Consultants* during the qualification period who reach Certified Consultant status through product sales by 7:59 a.m. BST 1 July 2021.

Option 1

Autumn/Winter 2021 New Season Sales Kit for Home and Scent category products, plus

The highest cumulative Group Wholesale Volume (GWV) of their eligible recruits (those who achieved Certified Consultant status for the first time during the qualification period).

FAQ’s

All Consultants worldwide are eligible to earn one of three levels of awesome rewards! And the Top 50 Level 3 achievers will earn an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Scentsy’s Leadership Event in January 2022.

Consultants can earn incentive levels from 8 a.m. GMT 1 March 2021 to 7:59 a.m. BST 1 July 2021. The deadline for orders to count toward your Personal Retail Volume (PRV) is 7:59 a.m. BST 1 July 2021. Incentive levels will be finalised when commissions are run, subject to change until that time.

Yes. Any current Consultant may earn the incentive, as long as they meet the incentive requirements for PRV and recruits.

No. Consultants may not share or transfer rewards.

Any personal PRV sales will count toward earning this incentive, including the sale of limited-time-offer products, Scentsy Club orders and Whiff Box orders. Scentsy Club and Whiff Box orders must ship by 7:59 a.m. BST 1 July 2021, to count toward the incentive.

No.

If you use your product credit on PRV products, you will receive PRV for those products. If you use it on any non-PRV items (store product, etc.), you will not receive PRV.

Rewards will be shipped beginning in late July 2021, after commissions have run and final audits are complete. Sales kits will be loaded to your account on the Workstation after the June commission run (10 July 2021). The exclusive warmer, Scentsy-branded luggage and custom Scentsy sneakers will ship by December 2021.

No. You can choose from Level 3 rewards or the Top 50 trip.

The trip for two includes:

Air transportation to and from the event destination.
Transportation to and from the hotel (on designated travel dates only).
All meals (through a combination of travel allowance, credits or hosted events).
Double-occupancy hotel room, including gratuities.
Scentsy parties and events, if applicable.

Guests can be anyone 18 or older who is not a Scentsy Consultant.

No children are allowed to attend the incentive trip, with the exception of nursing babies 12 months and younger. All expenses incurred by bringing an infant are your responsibility.

If you earn the Top 50 trip and can’t attend, you can opt to receive your choice of the Level 3 rewards instead of the trip. No other compensation will be given. If a member of the Top 50 selects the Level 3 rewards instead of the trip, that spot will not be filled by another earner.

A Consultant who has at least 200 points in PRV in one month during a consecutive 12-month period.

Group Wholesale Volume. The sum of the Personal Wholesale Volume (PWV) of all members in your group. For purposes of this incentive, add the PWV of each qualifying recruit who was sponsored and reaches Certified status during the qualification period (8 a.m. GMT 1 March 2021 to 7:59 a.m. BST 1 July 2021).

Personal Retail Volume. The point value of commissionable products you sell.

Incentive award selections are final. Once you’ve finalized your selection, no changes are allowed.
Level 2 and 3 earners must make an alternate selection by the date listed on the registration page. If you don’t make a selection, you’ll automatically receive the Option 1 reward for your level.
If you select a Scentsy bundle for your award, which includes a New Season Sales Kit, you may still purchase one additional kit. Kits earned in the incentive may arrive after purchased kits.
Warmers, luggage and shoes will ship separately from New Season Sales Kits, by December 2021.
If you select shoes as part of your Level 3 reward, once shoe size is selected no changes are allowed. The only exchanges that will be accepted will be due to manufacturing defects.
Contact Consultant Support if you have any issues with damaged or defective product in your incentive award.
If you select the Scentsy bundle with Autumn/Winter incentive points, the points will be added to your upcoming incentive tracker automatically. You will see the points when the tracker launches. If applicable, points will be put towards the sponsoring criteria of the incentive.
The incentive rewards are non-transferable.
Scentsy reserves the right to audit any information applicable to personal sales, sponsoring, team sales and promotions. Scentsy has the right to disqualify a Consultant from the incentive if fraud, violation of the Scentsy Consultant Agreement or Scentsy Standards, or bonus buying has occurred. Bonus buying includes, but is not limited to, a Consultant placing orders on their downline’s account or enrolling and paying for a new Consultant’s Starter Kit in a manner that results in that Consultant achieving an incentive trip, reward or recognition. Should a Consultant qualify for the incentive and receive their prize, and Scentsy later determines that the Consultant qualified for the award by fraud or other violation of these terms, or violation of the Scentsy Consultant Agreement or Scentsy Standards, Scentsy reserves the right to seek assistance from a court or arbitrator to recover all of Scentsy’s damages, including, but not limited to, the cost of the Consultant’s award and Scentsy’s attorney fees.
Scentsy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change these incentive program details or to modify the qualification period and qualifications for any reason Scentsy deems reasonably necessary to carry out the legitimate operation of this incentive program. Scentsy further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
All incentive qualifications, specifications, prizes and details are subject to change at Scentsy’s discretion.
All qualification decisions are final and will be made by Scentsy.
The value of the award will be included on tax forms for the year the earner received the award and will reflect the fair market value of the award.
If a Scentsy business entity earns the incentive, one award will be given where applicable.
If you voluntarily cancel before prizes are sent, you must send an email to awards@scentsy.com to request your prizes.

Product credit does not expire.
Product credit can be used on any product on any Workstation order type.
If you use your product credit on PRV products, you will receive PRV for those products. If you use it on any non-PRV items (store product, etc.), you will not receive PRV.

The trip is subject to its own Terms and Conditions, which you must read and accept during a separate registration process.
If you choose a Level 3 reward instead of the trip, no other compensation will be given.
All outstanding balances owed to Scentsy must be paid in full prior to the incentive trip being honored.
