Yesterday was, without a doubt, one of my most favourite and memorable Scentsy days ever… and that really is saying something.
Over the years, as Scentsy UK has grown (and grown so much), we were lucky enough to have our very own UK warehouse open in Manchester. Ever since then, consultants have been saying the same thing…
👉 “Can we please come and see it?!”
And as always… Scentsy listened. 💚
🚗 An Early Start (and a Very Busy M25!)
Because we are based in Essex, mine and Stuart’s day started very early.
We set off at 5.30am… and by 6.30am we were already bumper to bumper on the M25. Honestly, it felt like the middle of the day with the amount of traffic.
At that point, I’ll be honest… we were getting a bit nervous.
👉 The one thing we did not want to miss was the warehouse tour.
That was the part we had been most excited about.
Somehow, we made it… pulling in at exactly 10.30am, just as the tour began. Talk about timing! 😅
📦 Behind the Scenes – How Your Orders Are Packed
We were split into groups and taken behind the scenes… and it was honestly so interesting.
We got to see:
• Products being picked from the shelves
• Orders being scanned and checked
• Packaging being completed
• Parcels being prepared ready for shipping
Seeing the full journey from shelf to doorstep really makes you appreciate the care that goes into every single order and the genuine human touch behind our business – from when the products are created, to when they are carefully packed in the warehouse, to when they arrive with myself and Stuart ready to be delivered to you.
🎁 The Whiff Box Moment (WOW!)
One of the highlights of the day…

And not just any Whiff Box… they were packing April’s box right in front of us.
OH. MY. GOODNESS. 😍
We have all been sworn to secrecy (only for a few more days!!), but I can tell you now… it is incredible.
Then came the surprise…
✨ We got to pack our very own April Whiff Boxes
✨ And… we got to take them home
And inside?
👉 Not one… but TWO products that are not currently available 👀
We also had a few VERY exciting sneak peeks of what’s coming over the next couple of months, and honestly, I am genuinely so excited to see both our customers’ and team’s reactions. The collections are incredibly diverse and there really is something for everyone.
💛 A Truly Special Moment
One part of the day that really stayed with me… We were asked if we would like to sign boxes for brand new consultants.
It honestly gave me goosebumps because I remember exactly how it felt when my own starter kit arrived…
The excitement. The nerves. The “what if this changes everything?” feeling.
To think that someone will open a box with my message on it and feel even a tiny bit reassured… 👉 that they have joined something special. That meant a lot.
🌍 Time with Leadership (and the owners!)
After a lovely lunch (thank you Scentsy 🙌), we had time to connect, chat and share ideas with other leaders.
We spent time with:
• Our UK Country Manager
• Our International Markets Manager
• Our CEO (who flew in from the USA for the event!)
• And via Zoom… Heidi Thompson and Orville Thompson themselves
Something I absolutely love about Scentsy…
👉 There are no shareholders.
👉 It is owned entirely by Heidi & Orville.
And you really feel that in the culture of the company.
🎉 Recognition & Celebrations
During the afternoon, we had some lovely recognition for those consultants who had completed a leadership course, as well as those who achieved our most recent incentive trip.
I have personally completed this course twice and would honestly recommend the Accelerated Leadership Course to anyone who is invited to take part. It is such a valuable experience and really helps you grow both personally and within your business.
We were incredibly proud to have achieved Level 5, which means an all-expenses-paid trip for four people to either:
Hotel Xcaret Mexico in the Riviera Maya, Mexico
Or Scentsy’s annual conference this year in Boise, Idaho, USA
Honestly… how amazing is that?! ✨
But even more special was celebrating our own team. 💚We were so excited and proud to recognise:
Mum and daughter team, Jackie & Lianne, who achieved Level 1 – earning their stay for one person
Husbands Alan & Jason, who achieved an incredible Level 8 – meaning an all-expenses-paid trip for eight people!!
Just unbelievable achievements and such a proud moment for our team.

💫 The People Make It
Of course, one of the best parts of any Scentsy event…
👉 The people
Spending time with our own team is always so special. I hadn’t seen them in person since our last conference in Berlin, Germany since July 2025.
But one moment really stood out to me.
I met a Director called Sam. I had never spoken to her before, but she was sitting with our team and she was just lovely.
She had travelled all the way from Fife, Scotland… A 600-mile round trip… on her own. She woke up this morning (the day after Leadership) with “a very full heart”. And honestly… that sums Scentsy up perfectly. 💚
💭 A Little Reminder (If You’re Watching From the Sidelines)
If you are reading this and thinking; “I could never do something like that…” Let me just say this…
👉 You absolutely can.
You do not need to be:
• Super confident
• Instagram perfect
• Surrounded by hundreds of friends
Because I wasn’t and still are not any of those things.
When I joined Scentsy 14 years ago, I had crippling anxiety.
I hate being in front of the camera.
I have a very small circle of friends.
And that is completely okay.
