To enrol as a Scentsy Consultant, you must:

✨ Be the legal minimum age required in your country of residence.
✨ Be a legal resident of the country you are enrolling in.
✨ Have valid personal identification details required for enrolment and payment purposes.
✨ Agree to the Scentsy Consultant Agreement during the enrolment process.
✨ Purchase a Scentsy Starter Kit to begin your journey.

Once you have completed your enrolment, you will have access to your Scentsy Workstation, training, support and all the tools you need to get started.

Commission is the income you earn from your personal sales of Scentsy’s commissionable products. 💜

As a Scentsy Consultant, you can earn between 20% and 25% commission on the products you sell, depending on your title and achievements within Scentsy.

Scentsy also offers additional earning opportunities for consultants who choose to mentor and support others as they grow their own businesses.

Scentsy Consultants earn commission based on their Personal Retail Volume (PRV), which is the value of the products they personally sell. 💜

✨ Consultants earn 20% commission on their first 1,000PRV.
✨ Once you achieve Certified Consultant status, you can earn 25% commission on your personal sales.
✨ Consultants who achieve higher titles can also unlock additional bonuses and leadership commissions.
✨ A 5% monthly sales award is available when personal sales exceed 2,000PRV within a calendar month.

In addition to personal sales commission, there are also opportunities to earn extra income by mentoring and supporting team members if that is something you choose to do. 🌱

Scentsy’s compensation structure is designed to reward both personal sales and leadership growth while allowing consultants to build their business in a way that suits their own goals and lifestyle.

PRV stands for Personal Retail Volume and is the points system Scentsy uses to calculate personal sales and commissions. 💜

Each commissionable Scentsy product is assigned a PRV value, which contributes towards your monthly sales totals, title progression and commission earnings.

In simple terms, PRV is how Scentsy measures the value of the products you personally sell, rather than using local currency amounts alone.

To remain an active Scentsy Consultant, you simply need to achieve 200PRV (approximately £266) in a single month within a consecutive 12-month period.

These sales can come from customer orders, online website orders or shopping link orders.

If you choose to build and support a team, there are additional activity requirements to continue receiving leadership commissions and bonuses. ✨

Scentsy does not accept cash or cheques directly from consultants. However, you are free to accept customer payments in whatever way works best for you and your business.

Many consultants choose to have customers place orders directly through their personal Scentsy website, allowing customers to pay online themselves and making the ordering process simple and convenient.

One of the best things about Scentsy is the flexibility in how you choose to share the products and build your business. 💜

Some consultants love hosting home fragrance events or online shopping links, while others prefer sharing samples, using social media, recommending products through word of mouth or simply allowing customers to order through their personal Scentsy website.

There is no requirement to sponsor or build a team in order to be a successful Scentsy Consultant. Many consultants simply enjoy sharing the products they love and earning through their personal sales alone.

However, some consultants naturally choose to mentor and support others as they grow in confidence and share their own Scentsy journey. Over time, this can create additional earning opportunities, friendships and a stronger sense of community within the business. ✨

Your Scentsy journey is completely your own and you can build it in a way that feels right for you, your goals and your lifestyle.

Yes! Former Scentsy Consultants are welcome to return and restart their Scentsy journey. 💜

If your previous account was cancelled due to inactivity, there is usually a minimum waiting period of 3 months before you can reinstate your account. If your account was cancelled for another reason, the waiting period is typically 6 months.

Reinstated consultants may also have the option to purchase a Reinstatement Kit to help relaunch their business. ✨

The really exciting news is that if you have not had an active Scentsy account for 2 years or more, Scentsy now allows you to open a completely brand new account again — meaning you can choose any current Starter Kit and start fresh all over again. 🌱
