This warmer allows the salt to fall off. It causes a lot of mess. So beware.

Hi Marian,
I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the Himalayan Salt Warmer. That definitely shouldn’t happen. My daughter also has this warmer and hasn’t had any issues, so it sounds like this may be a one-off fault.
From our records I can’t see that you purchased this warmer from The Candle Boutique, but if you did, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to request a replacement from Scentsy under their lifetime warranty.
Just to add — our Himalayan Warmer is created from genuine, hand-carved rock salt from the Himalayas. No two warmers are alike, and it’s completely normal for the salt to change in appearance over time, which is part of its natural beauty.
